Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Vibrant Stylish purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns Period
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must have the original tags attached and be in its original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as final sale or purchased with a promotional discount.
Return Instructions
- Initiate your return through your account page.
- Follow the provided steps to generate a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.
- Securely pack the item(s) with the original tags attached, and include the original packing slip.
- Affix the provided label and ship your return package.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We will guide you through the correct process to resolve this quickly.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
International Returns
Additional duties, taxes, and shipping fees for international returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Gifts
Items marked as gifts will be refunded to the original purchaser upon return.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
